This timer has 72 pins representing 20 minutes each for an on/off pattern to suit the homeowner or meet the ASHRAE 62.2-2010 Standard (when set to less than one hour periods). The control also has a 3 position slide switch - OFF, AUTO, and ON. When set to the OFF position, the switch is disengaged. When set to the ON position, the controlled device will run continuously. When set to the AUTO position, the controlled device will operate per the setting of the pins.
